女孩們在幾歲的時候開始明顯感覺身體走下坡了呢?

我指的是
ex:代謝變差、變胖、容易過敏、
體力沒這麼好、容易感冒、氣色差不好調、容易頭痛、失眠……之類

像我覺得25歲後,小腹就很難一直維持扁扁的了,代謝變差、本來是個鼻子不會過敏,現
在好容易因為灰塵而輕度過敏,感覺沒有以前身強體壯。
